Non-delivery of orders with Nature's Vale

What's going on with http://www.naturesvale.co.uk/. Place order and nothing arrived. Not even a customer service email to say why delay. Attempts to log to URL last two days frozen. Today URL came up with the following message:

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our site. If you placed your order on or after Monday 25th August we may not have successfully received your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our technical team is working to resolve this issue and we hope to resume normal service shortly; unfortunately we will be unable to fulfil any orders which were not successfully received and shall be refunding payments for these missing orders. We expect all payments to be located and refunded by Friday 19th September and should reach customers accounts by Tuesday 23rd September. We apologise again for inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.
